I was reading this article in today’s afternoon.

Jake Knapp (aritcle’s writer) is really focused on showing the 5 simple steps to achive all your possible new year resolutions but not the usual ones like: read for 1 hour, meditation for 30 minutes and so on.

(I recap the steps here with some personal spices)

1. Don’t be too ambitious.

2. Make it very very very specific.

3. Add the magic words “for at least ten minutes every day”

4. Do it every day for a month

5. Be nice to yourself if you miss a day or two

The action is to write down the ACTION/s on paper with this format.

I will add up that you start every resolution item with a 10 minute timer. After the ten minutes you can continue until you finish up the action or activity.
